Order Cancellation Terms and Conditions

Rules regarding cancellation vary depending on what type of order you have made.

Events

If you wish to reschedule an order for a dated event and provided the applicable event is not due to take place within the next 30 days, you can reschedule your session for another time for no extra cost.

If however the appointment is due to take place within the next 30 days you will not be entitled to not transfer your booking to a another date. There are no refunds for cancellations of bookings.
